Join the CCQE and help ensure quality education for our children!

On September 15, 2003, the Warsaw Community School Board of Trustees voted to close three rural elementary schools, Atwood, Claypool and Silver Lake. Due to the negative impact of this decision on the children of WCS and the potential stifling effects on the growth and development of our communities, we would like to invite your membership in a recently formed group call Concerned Citizens for Quality Education. The goal and attitude of the organization’s members is to give a quality life and education to the children and to provide quality input to the Warsaw Community School Board of Trustees. In addition, we feel it is necessary to work toward keeping our schools fiscally responsible and accountable to the parents, taxpayers and our community.

Through your participation and with adequate financial support, we hope to pursue a practicable and equitable solution to the currently imposed changes. If you would like to support our endeavord or need more information, please fill out the form below.

You may email the information to us, but we will also need you to print out a copy to send with your check or money order (we cannot safely take payments over the internet at this time). Please send to: CCQE, PO Box 353, Warsaw, IN 46581. Thank you!

The school board wants to spend over $30 million on non-educational building projects. Meanwhile, they are closing three schools and will redistrict the whole school system, put the kids into overcrowded schools and some into mobile home classrooms. All while the general fund is in a deficit. This is wrong!
Stop ALL Building Projects Until The General Fund Is OUT OF THE RED!
