CCQE Announces Annual Student Awards
Concerned Citizens for Quality Education (CCQE) announces that the first annual "Golden Peer Award" will be given to one elementary student from grades 3-4-5 or 6 at each elementary school at the end of the 2004-05 school year. Nominations for the awards will be accepted from teachers and students from May 2-13, 2005. The selection committees will then meet to select one student from each grade level for the final four students from each elementary school. Each elementary school’s student council will then meet to select one of their peers to receive the "Golden Peer Award."
