Concerned Citizens for a Quality Education is a local non-profit group of your friends and neighbors who have commited themselves to protect the quality of our children’s education and lives. The CCQE exists to:

  • Protect and save our local schools
  • Promote reasonable class sizes
  • Demand quality education
  • Expect quality of lifestyle for children
  • Ensure fiscal responsibility of our tax dollars

CCQE will be holding a meeting in the Senior Citizens Room at the Pete Thorn Building at 6:30P.M., Wednesday, September 14, 2005. Dr Bailey tours the closed elementary buildings. Eisenhower and Leesburg make changes in classes in the second week of school. The Tiger Athletic Complex is well attended at the first two football games. WCS School Board looks at the 2006 Budget. There is nearly an 8% increase of $4 million from 2005. Come and be informed and express your opinions. Enclosed is the agenda for this meeting.
